What is a domain name? It is the different domain names that we visit every day on various websites such as google.com, wallet.coinex.com, opensea.io ....... If you're not familiar with the concept of domain names, try to think of them as complex strings of characters reduced to a code word, which usually starts with "human-readable phrase (domain name) + . + com/io (suffix)".
In the Web 3.0 era, having your domain name is a cool thing to do, but it's also a useful decentralized proof of identity. Since it's an identity, it means that you can interact with other people through that identity, and there's no better way to do that than to use your identity to receive cryptos. The best practice is to use your identity to receive crypto assets. Others can transfer to you by using your domain name as an address, i.e., domain transfers.
CoinEx Wallet now supports domain transfers to provide you with a more user-friendly experience. Below is an example of how to transfer to a domain name (example.eth).
Step 1: Fill in the recipient's domain name as the transfer address. Take ENS domain name as an example.
Step 2: After filling in the domain name, the system will automatically resolve the recipient address bound to the domain name, choose the resolved address, and fill in the amount you want to transfer (the transaction fee is recommended to use the system's default amount), then confirm the info to complete the transfer.
